Does this work for photoshop cs2?

You should be able to open the .ai and .eps files in Photoshop cs2, but the vectors will be turned into raster images. Although it's been a long time since I've used Photoshop cs2, I'm pretty sure all the images will be on one layer which you will then have to individually extract to separate layers. If you happen to have Illustrator cs2, you could try exporting the .ai file to the Photoshop format first by going to File - Export which should include the option of keeping the layers intact. Hope that helps. :)
